Life Drawing

The Baxter Arts Centre invites all artists – graphic designers, art and animation students and professionals – to participate in their Life Drawing sessions. Living Well with Diabetes Workshop

Prince Edward Family Health Team presents a free, six week  Living Well with Diabetes workshop for people living with type 2 diabetes, as well as their care-givers or family members. The Old School Bluegrass Camp is offering a scholarship to a Prince Edward County musician who would otherwise not have the financial means to attend. Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada

Prince Edward County MS Bike

Sunday, July 10th over 200 cyclists of all abilities and ages will come together to ride 75 kilometers or 40 kilometers through Prince Edward County to change the lives of Canadians affected by Multiple Sclerosis as part of MS Bike. In 2016, the MS Bike is expected to raise $2.6 million in Ontario. Stitch-a-thons

Snuggles is a volunteer organization dedicated to providing knitted or crocheted yarn squares that will be sewn together in South Africa into small blankets for children in the neediest day care centres. Food to Share

Cooking Workshops

Food to Share is a grassroots initiative that addresses food insecurity in the County. The group led by Glen Wallis takes food donated by various farmers and private residents and turns it into healthy, fresh food to be distributed through our local County food banks.
