The Picton Firefighter’s Association are pleased to announce they will be selling Christmas trees again this year. Balsam and Fraser fir trees will be available starting Thursday, November 24th for $45.00 each. And you can see them after the Christmas parade at 8 McDonald Drive, Picton, at the back of the industrial park. All proceeds are returned to community organizations and projects.

Give a Sponsorship This Christmas

If you have a hard-to-buy-for person on your Christmas list, why not give a sponsorship instead? For $20 (tax-deductible) a month, the lucky recipient can sponsor a shelter cat. He or she will get a photo and regular letters from the feline beneficiary, and the money will help Loyalist Humane Society provide for the needs of the cats in care. Cooking Workshops

Food to Share is a grassroots initiative that addresses food insecurity in the County.
