The Annual General Meeting is the place where the members of the station have their say in the overall direction: accepting the annual report, approving the financial statements and electing the new board.
The station’s fiscal year ends on August 31st each year, so except for during the start-up year, Annual General Meetings are held in January to allow time for the preparation of financial statements.
