Prior to the start of the Bloomfield Nighttime Santa Claus Parade, drop into Town Hall for a bowl of delicious chili (made by Agrarian Market — yum!), hot chocolate, and cookies. Doors open at 4:30 p.m. and chili will be served until sold out. FREE horse-drawn wagon rides will be available in front of Town Hall.
