Don’t you miss hearing the bagpipes and drums playing in the County parades? The Prince Edward County Pipes and Drums band currently cannot field a parade band due to diminished numbers. They are calling all local pipers and drummers to join them at an open house on Thursday, October 13th, upstairs at the Picton Town Hall, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. For more information contact Shane 613 476 6078
