Phil Knox and Lenni Stewart are the co-hosts of The 4 O’Clock Jump every Sunday from 4 to 6pm.

Lenni Stewart is CountyFM’s traffic manager and looks after the station’s traffic function which, in everyday English, means she is responsible for scheduling the myriad commercials the station runs using specialized scheduling software. Lenni is also the volunteer co-host, along with Phil Knox, of the 4 O’Clock Jump show on Sunday afternoons.
