Kara is a 4th generation county girl and was raised in Picton. She ventured to Toronto for post-secondary and stayed in the city and GTA for many years. The County kept its hold, and she returned with her husband Eric and 2 young children over 15 years ago. With one child still in University Kara is working, and volunteering when she can. She is an avid Curler and a member of the Prince Edward Curling Club. Walking and attempting to train her large yellow lab mix, Chester, is one of her other hobbies. Kara recently started with 99.3 CountyFM reception/admin and is having a blast helping with whatever comes up!
